    well then get the drivers installed and you should be able to connect.

        you will need a device connected to the internet. go to the manufacturer of the laptop's support site for your model and get the drivers you need there.

    might be bcz of ur wifi driver is not installed...if wifi driver is there then goto device manager and uninstall wifi driver and again install it.
