My Acer 5 laptop is constantly getting this message and disconnecting from the internet. Nothing else is disconnecting such as my ipad or Firestick while also active at time it goes down. I get "you are currently offline refresh". I have had this issue for a year now despite if it was Windows 10 or now Windows 11. I have tried many google fixs that seem to help temporarily only to start up again. I ended up going back and resetting the internet. I had an Acer 7 prior to this with no issues. Can any one help?

NIC may be onthe way out,what OS do you have and laptop or dekstop?

yes they all say I have most current. They have even been uninstalled and reinstalled.

This is the last thing I did when all the other changes I made only worked temporarily it seemed. This network reset actually made these disconnects more frequent. Is this the same as a hard reset you mention?
